2006-02-02 [Lady of Lore]: To keep things more in order have a single person in charge of an event, that way there won't have to be so much of coordinating of when you all can come on. Create a list of events and things that go on through out the year, especially focus on it with the teachers who should run some of the things. I recommend that who ever is Dumbledore take charge, McGonagall second in command should Dumbledore be out for a long while. Have competitions, like poetry, art, and rp times. It would be especially fun to have a monthly classroom for a specific subject. Have all the students in that class rp when they can and then at the end of the month start a new one by cleaning out the classroom,

2006-02-02 [Lady of Lore]: we could make badges for the years and some of us could design tests for specific subject areas with little badges or pics as rewards. The heads of houses also should run things. Once we get up and organized more people will start trickling in. As soon as I get my scanner unmonopolozed by my mum I'll send in some images, someone will just have to explain to me how to upload art onto here. I'd be more than willing to do anything I can to help. Just let me know! ^^
